Suport Ticket Description
1. Can the Name/Email fields for a ticket auto-fill depending on login? This is a bit annoying for a frequent user. 2. I am not receiving emails from the system, despite being told I would receive one. 3. I am not seeing resolved tickets I have submitted, even though I see the item resolved on the live site. I also do not see the ticket as open. 4. Incident and Problem are two different "Types." What's the intended difference? If none, please reduce to "Problem."
