Requests to changes in the ticketing system: 1. Add dropdown option to state is ticket is High, Medium, or Low priority. 2. Statuses can be more specific such as, Submitted, Under Review, In Progress, Parked, etc. (Parked means that we have talked and are deferring the request due to budget/priorities/etc.). 3. Change RE Tech Advisors name in the "Legence Business Unit" ticket dropdown to remove the hyphen in "RE-Tech."
